A new online portal (My Profile) is now available for tax practitioners which aims to enhance and modernise your experience with us.

If you are an existing user and signing into our new portal for the first time on or after 11 April 2022 you must first change your password.

Our enhanced online security measures require you to choose a password with a minimum of 8 characters using a combination of at least 3 of the following:

  1. lower case letters
  2. upper case letters
  3. numbers
  4. special characters (such as @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; .)

We also use Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) to provide an extra layer of security when you create or login to access your account with us via My Profile. You can choose to have an MFA code sent to your nominated email address or mobile number but once selected, this preference cannot be changed later. You have to use the code within 10 minutes before it expires. If the code expires, you have to use the Resend code button to have a code sent to you again.
