The Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) is required to comply with the Information Publication Scheme (IPS) under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act). The IPS requires us to publish a broad range of information on our website, including an agency plan that explains how we intend to implement and administer the IPS.

The type of information in documents to which we routinely give access in response to FOI requests will be available here.
These documents will also be clearly identified in our disclosure log published under section 11C of the FOI Act which requires agencies to publish information contained in documents released under the FOI Act.
